The team consolidates fragmented compliance obligations into one coordinated program, providing clients with a single point of accountability and a streamlined vendor ecosystem. The model is strengthened by emerging AI tools that automate tracking, surface risks, and improve long‑term compliance outcomes.

As an Account Executive, you will manage both inbound and outbound sales activity from the onsite Naperville office. You’ll engage medical decision-makers across the country through phone, email, and virtual meetings, converting multi‑location healthcare organizations into long-term clients. With a steady flow of warm leads, structured sales frameworks, and ongoing coaching, this role is ideal for sales professionals who excel at multi-solution selling and high-volume customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive both inbound and outbound outreach to expand the customer base across non‑acute healthcare facilities.

• Educate prospective clients on centralized compliance solutions using a consultative, solution-oriented approach.

• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.

• Use CRM data and industry insights to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.

• Conduct high-volume calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build trust and advance deals.

• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce preferred), including pipeline stages and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Support contract renewals, upgrades, and multi-location service expansion.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hunter-style sales or account management experience in a high-activity environment.

• Demonstrated success selling multiple products or solutions within the same customer account.

• Experience selling into healthcare, compliance, or other regulated/bundled B2B environments.

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

• Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

Compensation:

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

• OTE: $75,000–$85,000+
