The team consolidates fragmented compliance obligations into one coordinated program, providing clients with a single point of accountability and a streamlined vendor ecosystem. The model is powered by an expanding operational network and emerging AI tools that automate tracking, surface risks, and strengthen long-term compliance outcomes.

The Enterprise National Account Manager is responsible for converting multi‑location healthcare organizations from multiple incumbent vendors into a unified, coordinated compliance partnership. This is a full‑cycle sales role focused on disciplined discovery, structured pipeline management, and consistent quota attainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full-cycle enterprise sales pipeline: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing recurring‑revenue agreements across multi‑site healthcare organizations (ASCs, FQHCs, practice groups, health systems).

• Deliver against an individual monthly quota (~$35K GP) with a balanced mix of inbound opportunities and self‑sourced outbound pipeline.

• Run proactive outbound motions including win‑back outreach, partner referrals, and vertical‑specific account targeting.

• Conduct structured discovery to identify core pain points, confirm decision-makers, and position bundled compliance and regulated‑waste solutions.

• Drive each interaction toward a clear next step or a direct close, maintaining strong control of the sales process.

• Maintain accurate CRM data, including pipeline stages, forecasting, and next‑step documentation.

• Meet weekly activity, pipeline creation, and script adherence expectations within a metrics‑driven environment.

• Prepare multi‑site proposals and service addenda, coordinating with internal teams through contract execution and onboarding.

• Participate in ongoing sales enablement, including script refinement, objection handling, call coaching, and process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full‑cycle B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement.

• Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and closing recurring‑revenue service agreements.

• Strong outbound discipline in addition to handling inbound leads.

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and comfort operating in a scorecard‑driven environment.

• Strong discovery, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Preferred Experience

• Selling into healthcare, dental, medical, or other regulated environments.

• Experience displacing entrenched incumbent vendors.

• Familiarity with value‑based or guarantee‑backed sales models.

• Exposure to AI‑assisted call coaching or QA tools.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $62,000–$70,000

• OTE: $115,000–$135,000+ (uncapped commission)
