Senior Full Stack Developer (GenAI + Agentic AI) – Fully Remote Contract

We’re seeking a senior full‑stack engineer who thrives as a hands‑on builder and can own applications from concept to production. This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, works independently, and builds modern enterprise systems using GenAI, agentic AI frameworks, and AI‑assisted development tools. You’ll translate business needs into scalable architectures, stand up proofs‑of‑concept, and deliver production‑ready applications within a large enterprise environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Turn requirements into architecture — design system diagrams, data flows, and technical plans with minimal guidance.

  • Prototype quickly — build POCs to validate ideas and accelerate stakeholder decisions.

  • Own the full stack — backend services, frontend interfaces, APIs, Terraform IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments.

  • Engineer for performance — design data‑heavy, low‑latency applications that scale.

  • Integrate across the enterprise — identity providers, internal APIs, shared services, and cross‑business platforms.

  • Build with AI — use GenAI coding tools daily and incorporate agentic AI patterns into production systems.

  • Design multi‑agent systems — create agent roles, orchestration flows, tool integrations, and memory strategies using frameworks like Google ADK, LangGraph, or CrewAI.

  • Navigate enterprise readiness — follow production governance, manage ServiceNow change records, and coordinate with infra, security, and platform teams.

AI & GenAI

  • LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG

  • Agentic AI frameworks: ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI

  • Multi‑agent orchestration

  • GenAI integrations via Vertex AI, OpenAI, etc.

  • Daily use of AI coding tools (Code Assist, Claude Code, Copilot)

  • Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI frameworks

Enterprise Operations

  • Active Directory, RBAC

  • SSO/Okta

  • ServiceNow CRs and release processes

  • Cross‑functional coordination across infra, security, cloud, networking, DevOps

Desired Experience

  • 7+ years of hands‑on software development

  • 5+ years full‑stack ownership

  • Proven history of building enterprise applications from scratch

  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries

  • Comfortable driving initiatives independently across multiple teams
