We are seeking an Application Technician II to join our client’s enterprise applications team in a full‑time, permanent capacity. This role supports a variety of business-critical SaaS and internal systems, ensuring smooth operation, accurate data handling, and strong cross‑team collaboration. Provide day‑to‑day support for SaaS platforms and internal business applications, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
Assist with system configuration, updates, and routine maintenance to keep applications running efficiently.
Help organize and prepare data for upload into system tables, fields, and databases with strong attention to accuracy.
Contribute to the creation of basic reports and queries that support operational and leadership decision‑making.
Participate in documenting requirements, configuration considerations, and process impacts for application changes.
Support user access setup and ensure adherence to established governance and data standards.
Research potential improvements in application functionality, workflows, or system standards and share recommendations with the team.
Collaborate with technical teams, business partners, and external vendors to understand needs and support system integrations and enhancements.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience supporting enterprise applications or SaaS platforms
Preferred:
Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, or Oracle
Experience:
3–5 years of experience working with enterprise applications, data structures, or system support
