Overview
We are looking for an experienced developer to support the design and enhancement of solutions built on the ServiceNow platform. This role centers on creating automated workflows, building custom applications, and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. The position requires strong technical depth, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work across IT and business teams. A significant portion of the work will involve Hardware and Software Asset Management modules, custom scripting, and improving overall platform performance. The engineer will also help identify opportunities to incorporate emerging GenAI capabilities into existing processes.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and configure applications, workflows, and scripted components within ServiceNow using JavaScript, GlideScript, and related tools.
• Build automation solutions that streamline operational processes and reduce manual effort.
• Design and customize user-facing elements such as portal pages, widgets, and interface components.
• Create and execute test plans, perform unit testing, and ensure solutions meet quality standards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and development work.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, GlideRecord, REST/SOAP integrations, and the overall ServiceNow architecture.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Background working with SAMPro or similar software asset management tools.

Preferred Experience

• Practical exposure to using GenAI technologies to enhance or automate workflows and business processes.
