We’re looking for a visionary Principal Architect to lead the design and evolution of intelligent, autonomous fulfillment systems. This role will shape the next generation of machine learning capabilities across our product suite, driving innovation and scalability.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the ML architecture strategy across products, aligning technical design with business goals.
• Develop scalable system designs and POCs for advanced ML algorithms.
• Partner with engineering to build robust ML pipelines—from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with robotics, software, product, and operations teams to solve real-world fulfillment challenges.
• Stay ahead of emerging ML trends and apply cutting-edge techniques to enhance product intelligence.

What You Bring

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in industry or academia.
• Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and production-grade model deployment.
• Hands-on experience across the ML lifecycle: data, training, MLOps, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud ML platforms (e.g., Vertex AI).
• Strong grasp of data architecture, big data systems, and streaming pipelines.
• Ability to define and execute AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Bonus: Contributions to open-source, research publications, or patents in ML/AI.
