The Senior Business Analyst will join the Digital Banking organization, supporting the Access Management Squad. This role is responsible for aligning business needs with technology delivery, ensuring strong PLC/SDLC governance, and supporting digital banking initiatives across online and mobile channels. The BA will manage Jira stories and backlog, maintain documentation in Confluence, and partner closely with Consumer Digital stakeholders and delivery teams.
This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience supporting client-facing digital products in a regulated environment.
Business Analysis experience for client-facing web applications within a financial institution or other highly regulated industry
Strong organization and collaboration skills
Story writing and backlog management (Jira)
Manage Jira project boards, stories, priorities, and backlog.
Support administrative functions for project tools including EPPIC, Jira Align, Jira, and Confluence.
Maintain PLC/SDLC governance activities: data quality, reporting, and follow-up.
Provision and maintain user access for supported applications.
Respond to end-user support requests and communicate resolutions clearly.
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process materials.
Train end-users on supported tools and processes.
Maintain support tracking records and documentation.
Partner with contact center teams during new product releases.
Support monthly project financial posting and reconciliation.
Assist PMO Operations and end users with daily functionality of supported applications.
Identify and resolve issues promptly; escalate when needed.
Provide process improvement feedback to leadership.
Work effectively in a remote, customer-focused, collaborative team environment.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Participate in all phases of user acceptance testing for digital banking releases.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the Project Management community.

Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and Kanban methodologies
